I feel like this actually made my practice a bit more useful. The skills seemed practical enough for my day-to-day work, and I could kind of see how they’d fit into what I normally do.

I reached out to the support and they did get back to me, but it took little longer than I expected. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just feel like the response could be a bit quicker.

Cancelling ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. I asked for a refund, then had to follow up a few times before anyone gave me a clear answer. I also spent ages waiting in the support queue, which made the whole thing even more annoying. It did get sorted eventually, but it felt slow and frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, just not great

I got through the course. Finished everything. That part was fine, honestly. But once I was done, I had a couple questions about the certificate and what I was supposed to do next, and that’s where it got annoying.

I really appreciated being able to move my sessions when work got hectic. The times weren’t always exactly what I wanted, but it was still easy to make it work.
